Step 2: Get to the site.
The site is about ten minutes drive from the station (the bus and train station are at the same location).
If there’s a large group of you arriving together, contact the event team in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance, and we’ll arrange or recommend a local minibus/7 seater taxi for you.
There’s a taxi rank at the station and the local taxis all know the site, but taxi numbers will be provided closer to the event also. Taxi fare is usually about €12, not including the €1 per extra person.
Pickup runs may be available; more details closer to the event.
If approaching from Dublin or Sligo/Donegal on the motorway M4 take the exit up to the Carraroe Roundabout, take the appropriate exit from it signposted “Lough Gill / Dromahair” and travel one kilometre. Count down the houses/entrances on the right side. Broc House is the eighth entrance, with “race-course” fencing. GO INTO FIRST GEAR! and drive 500 metres up the gravel lane. There is ample parking and turning for cars and bus’s at the house.
